Scope of Work

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Candidate will provide Full-Time Onsite Support for all variants of the following systems:
  1. AN/USQ-82 DMS/FODMS/GEDMS
  2. Alarm and Warning Systems
  3. PHONE SYSTEMS - AN-STC-2/AN-STC-3/MARCOM/IVCN/IVN
  4. ANNOUNCING SYSTEMS – AN-SIA-114/117/119, DIAS
  5. SITE TV

Qualifications Required for the Position

General Experience and Specialized Experience may be concurrent.
  1. AN/USQ-82(V) (DMS/FODMS/GEDMS)
    •  GEDMS Classroom training or NEC V73B (Legacy 4739).
    • General Experience: Minimum of six (6) years’ experience troubleshooting, repairing and assessing shipboard Navigation systems.
    • Specialized Experience: Minimum of three (3) years hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing and assessing all variants of AN/USQ-82 Data Multiplexing System (DMS/FODMS/GEDMS).
  2. ALARM & WARNING (VARIOUS)
    • General Experience: Minimum of six (6) years’ experience troubleshooting, repairing and assessing shipboard Alarm and Warning.
    • Specialized Experience: Minimum of three (3) years hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing and assessing all alarm and warning variants.
  3. STC-2/ISTC-3/MARCOM/IVCN AND IVN
    • Classroom training for STC-2/IVCS/MARCOM/IVCN or IVN Telephone Systems
    • General Experience: Minimum of six (6) years’ experience troubleshooting, repairing and assessing shipboard phone systems.
    • Specialized Experience: Minimum of three (3) years hands-on experience on at least one of the phone systems in 3.1.B.3.
  4. ANNOUNCING SYSTEMS (AN-SIA114/117/119) AND DIAS
    • General Experience: Minimum of six (6) years in-depth knowledge troubleshooting, repairing and assessing shipboard announcing systems.
    • Specialized Experience: Minimum of three (3) years hands-on experience on multiple system variants listed in 3.1.B.4.
  5. SITE TV
    • Classroom training for the SITE System (NEC V77B).
    • General Experience: Minimum of six (6) years in-depth knowledge troubleshooting, repairing and assessing shipboard announcing systems.
    • Specialized Experience: Minimum of three (3) years hands-on experience with SITE TV.
